Delivery

Orders received before 2pm will usually be dispatched on the same day on an overnight service.  Some items will take longer to dispatch, but in any case should be posted within five working days of placing an order. You will receive an email once your items have been dispatched which will include the tracking number for your shipment. A card will be left in your letter box and the goods delivered to your local depot if you are not in. Work addresses are also accepted.

Please check for any damage before accepting delivery. If the item is damaged in any way please refuse the delivery so we can claim the costs back from the couriers.

Lead times may be longer for some products - please check individual product pages, or contact us with a query.

Postage charges

Setting postage charges is tricky when it comes to multiple orders. The details below are for single items - the prices rise as more are ordered but are banded to ensure that savings we make in shipping more items are passed on to you. For example, it may cost you £29.99 to ship one heavy column radiator to the UK Mainland, but only £33.99 to ship two, three or four. If you have a complicated or large order please get in touch for a shipping quote.

The small print: Our site contains a large number of products and a wide range of postage charge combinations and destinations. Prices have been set to reflect costs to delivery to common destinations, and may be different for your order. It is also possible that, despite our best efforts, delivery charges for some of the products listed may be incorrectly applied. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's delivery charges are less than our stated prices, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's delivery charge is higher than the price stated on our site, we will at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

Returns/Cancellation policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods then you are entitled to a refund. We offer a money back guarantee on all Greened House products, providing certain simple conditions are met.

If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods your refund will be full and immediate.

If your goods have been dispatched then to qualify for the refund you must comply with the following:

- The product must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be uninstalled and free from damage or misuse.
- Greened House will not accept responsibility for freight charges in either direction on returned goods, unless the error is ours or the customer is invoking a warranty.
- The tracking number is required.

If you wish to return goods you can contact us to arrange a collection if you wish - it may be simpler and cheaper for you to do so.
